- The Gates at both the North and South entrances

- The Gate to the Strand Shopping Area

- Tennis & Bocce Ball Court

- Litestream Cable/T.V. reception

- Reserving of the Clubhouse for meetings or events

- Problems with the Lake fountains and problems with the

water quality of the Lakes.

Keys are available at the Carlton Lakes management office 
Monday and Friday 8 am – 10 am

$6 for medium key/$11 for large key - check or cash.

They are also available at the Gulf Breeze office
Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
located at 8910 Terrene Ct., Bonita Springs FL, 34108.

Litestream provides all cable and internet service in Carlton Lakes

Contact Litestream at 877-212-4744 to start or stop service or report service issues.      

Log into the Litestream Website at http://www.litestream.net/ to log into your account to view your billing information.

For information regarding what is being done to maintain the lakes and fountains see the Lakes and Fountains Committee webpage located on the main menu (after signing into Carlton Lakes Website) under the “Assoc. and Comm” tab see “Lakes and Fountains” tab.

Maintenance requests regarding fountains, aerators, or fountain lights should be sent to
